Many practitioners want to build practices that are financially sustainable and responsive to the needs of everyday clients—but don’t know where to start.

Traditional law firm models often leave the middle market priced out, while offering little guidance for attorneys who want to practice differently.

  • Turn uncertainty into a clear plan. Get a straightforward framework for launching or redesigning a law practice that serves middle-market clients without relying on the traditional billable hour.

  • Build a practice that clients can actually afford. Learn practical approaches to pricing, service design, and communication that expand access while supporting a sustainable business model.

  • Align impact with viability. Discover how to create an inclusive, modern practice that meets real client needs and supports long-term professional satisfaction.
